Cancellation & refund policy

Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit. The deposit secures your dates, trainer team and any lived-experience co-trainers for your session.
If you cancel
| Notice before the session | What applies |

| More than 10 working days | Deposit refunded or transferred to new dates. |
| 10 working days or fewer | The deposit is non-refundable. |
| 5 working days or fewer | The full booking fee is chargeable. |
Rescheduling
We know rotas change. Ask us as early as possible and we will move your booking to new dates where we reasonably can; rescheduling requested within the notice periods above may be treated as a cancellation.
Reducing delegate numbers
Group bookings are priced per session, not per head, so reducing numbers does not change the fee. You may substitute delegates at any time before the session — just update the roster with us (Oliver McGowan substitutes must still complete the Part 1 e-learning first).
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a session — for example trainer illness or circumstances beyond our control — we will offer priority rebooking at the earliest dates that work for you, or a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled session. We are not responsible for other costs, such as staff scheduling, connected to a cancelled session.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the account that paid the invoice, normally within ten working days of agreement.
